[TSVN] TortoiseSVN looses comments when commit fails.

Btw, please respond directly to my address, as I'm not subscribed to this
mailling list.

So I realize this isn't exactly a bug, but a rather an annoying process in
SVN. When I go to commit my changes, I sometimes type in a rather large
comment on what I've changed. When an error occurrs (specifically, an
unrelated file was out of date), it does not give me the opportunity to retry
my commit after I've fixed the problem. Instead, I am am forced to LOSE my 1-
2 paragraphs worth of commments. Thus, now I write all my comments in notepad
first...and then paste them into TortoiseSVN to avoid loosing data.

Thanks in advance,
- Josh
