[TSVN] No progress feedback when updating item

This is 1.2.4.

I right-click a file, choose "SVN Show Log", and then right-click on
one of the log entries in the upper pane, and choose "Update Item to
Revision". The cursor turns into an hour glass briefly, and then
changes back to a normal arrow ... and that's all I see. (The item
indeed gets updated properly.)

I expected to see the same dialog that I'd have seen if I had selected
"Update To Revision" from the main Tortoise menu, and entered the same
revision number.

Is this a bug, or am I misunderstanding something?
