[TSVN] Prevent ESC in commit dialog to close view?

Hi,

it happens quite often to me that I accidantly press ESC in the commit
view. This happens mostly when I click quickly through the files to DIFF
them. I quit the DIFF-view also with ESC and so it often happens that I
get out of synchronization between "double click on next entry" and "esc
to close DIFF-view".

If not too much asked, it would be nice to have a setting to have ESC in
commit have a dialog before, something like "Really close commit window
and loose all selections?" ...
