The name of the nightly installer at
http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/latest/ is
TortoiseSVN-1.2.4.4517-dev-svn-1.2.3.msi. Is the filename misleading
and the SVN lib version is indeed 1.3 or it is still 1.2.3 and we need
to wait for new nightly to test the new features?
