Not really. We could create our own registry key (e.g. under
HKLM\Software\TortoiseSVN\Use_SVN_instead_of.svn) if we wanted to. But
then only TSVN would use the _svn dirs, but other clients wouldn't.

So I'd like to use the same 'trigger' of that setting as the CL client
does. Other clients will most likely do the same.
