(and btw: I removed the other 'tmp' error FAQ, because that's now
fixed. The reason wasn't even virus scanners, but Subversion using the
*current* directory to create temp files in some functions - and the
current dir for TSVN is undefined and can be in a location where the
user doesn't have write access).
