[TSVN] Weird problems on Windows

Hiho,

Today, I've got some wierd problems with SVN checkout on my Windows Box:
Error: In directory 'D:\workspace\wiki-cc\java\src\org\wyona\wiki'
Error: Can't copy
Error:
'D:\workspace\wiki-cc\java\src\org\wyona\wiki\....\JJTWiki2State.java.svn-base'

Error: to
'D:\workspace\wiki-cc\java\src\org\wyona\wiki\JJTWiki2State.java.tmp':
The
Error: system cannot find the file specified.

I deleted my my whole local copy, and checkout fresh, no success. Next I
went on my Unix box, typed
a svn co, checked out problemless.

Do you have any Idea what is going wrong on my Windows? Is there
anything cached somewhere, which I should know?
