Another thing: the shortcuts only work for 'text' entries. But since
we draw our entries ourselfes (ownerdrawn), the shortcuts just don't
work at all (the shell doesn't *know* the text which is shown because
for the shell it's in fact a bitmap).
Ok, we *could* go back to text entries - set
HKCU\\Software\\TortoiseSVN\\OwnerdrawnMenus to 0 (in the latest
nightly, before it won't work) and tell me what you think. (I can
guess you're answer: it's *UGLY*).
