[TSVN] Keyboard Shortcuts

I tend to use context menus a lot (don't we all?), and I was wondering
why TSvn doesn't have keyboard shortcuts for menu items. First off, let
me say that I completely understand not having them for the top-level
menu items (i.e. Update, Commit, and TortoiseSVN). I definitely would be
more aggravated by having conflicting shortcuts than not having them at
all. However, it would be nice to have shortcuts for the items under the
TSvn submenu. Maybe not for all the items, but having them for some of
the more frequently used operations would be nice. I do realize that
there are a ton of them - mine has 23 - so that kind of puts a strain on
the number of shortcuts you can have; but I do believe it would be nice
to have.
