[TSVN] [TortoiseMerge] RFE: Display new and deleted lines on the bottom

The bottom area in TortoiseMerge displays the differences in
the selected line.
I think it could be used to display added and deleted lines, too.
This has an advantage that this area is 2x wider than any of the file
panes, so you can see long lines.
