To avoid exactly problems like this, I asked for people to test some
changes I made to TortoisePlink here:

Seems it didn't help at all. Because very few people actually use
svn+ssh? I don't know.

Is your repository accessible via Internet or only on your local LAN? If
via internet, can you please set up an account for me so I can test it
and try to fix this?
