[TSVN] Trivial bug with 'Add to ignore'

Hi Stefan,

When I add files to the ignore list I am offered File.ext or *.ext. If I
choose *.ext the dialog box tells me I have successfully added File.ext.
It has done the right thing, but the report is wrong.
