[TSVN] Feature request: Delete missing file from version control

From: Jan Normann Nielsen <jan_at_b-one.net>

Hi

When using "check for modifications", the only operation available on a
missing file is "revert". Often, a missing file is a file that has been
deleted intentionally by a program (maybe your favorite IDE which
doesn't support SVN) because it should be, and therefore it would be
nice to be able to delete it from version control directly for the
"check for modifications dialog" by adding "Delete" or ("Revert and
delete" if that is more correct).

Today, I have to revert the file (after which it disappears from the
"check for modifications" dialog), locate it in Explorer (this wastes my
time), and choose "delete". This is a lot of work just to delete a file
from version control if it has been deleted on the file system.

Best wishes,
Jan Nielsen
