[TSVN] Have an error which I don't understand.

I have set it all up, and it works (well so I thought), I can add, update,
delete, etc

But there was one update that I forgot to add a log to it..so I went to show
log, which lists all the updates, and the comments to the right, but the one
I tried to go to the one that is missing, right clicked and choose "Edit Log
Message", it brings up a box that I can type something in, and when I press
ok, I get the message.

'DAB request failed; it's possible that the repository's pre-revprop-change
hook either failed or is non-existent
At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged [OK]'

This error confuses me, and I've looked online for stuff, and I can't find
nothing. Can somebody help, or point me in the right direction, I don't know
if I'm trying to 'edit log' the wrong way, or I've got a setting wrong.
