[TSVN] A minor bug: meaningless temp file names

I use an external diff program with TortoiseSVN. When I compare two
revisions of a file, I don't see any information about these revisions
in the external program except temporary file names. It would be
helpful if these names were meaningful, e.g. for the revision 2648 of
MyFile.txt the temporary file name was something like MyFile_2648.txt
