[TSVN] 'Next difference' and the context menu in TortoiseMerge

On Windows XP SP2 with TSVN r4417 and in a lot of previous versions,
pressing F7 or clicking the next (or previous button) difference button
seems to mess up the context menu. It won't show up at all until you
left click. After you do that, the background color of the menu doesn't
match the foreground.

I am assuming that pressing F7 should select the next section so that I
can immediately right-click and get a context menu...

I can send a screenshot of the strange looking context menu if you can't
reproduce it.
