The diff-doc script works fine for me.

Tested on Windows XP Professional SP2 with MS Office 2003 SP1 and TSVN build
4295.

Please note that using the merge-doc.vbs script on a document will break the
diff-doc script for that particular document until you choose "Accept All
Changes in Document". (It is available in the "Reviewing" toolbar on Office
2003 at least.)
