The registry keys are the same. WiX will install them in the right place
automatically, if all binaries are x64 and not x32. And I think WiX has
to be used on a x64 system to compile the msi for this to work, but I'm
not sure. I found some hints using google in the WiX forum on
sourceforge - maybe you should have a look yourself.
