[TSVN] BUG: Multiselected items in commit dialog do not respond as one

Pressing space with multiple rows selected in the commit dialogue should
toggle the commit status of them all, instead of just the one row with
focus.

There might be something to be said for toggling them all to the same
status, rather than applying a straight "XOR" to the selection.
