[TSVN] TortoiseMerge Line Diff Bar Weirdness

Hi all,

I have noticed some weirdness in the Line Diff Bar coloring, or
specifically in what it perceives to be noteworthy.

I've attached a screenshot that shows the issue, the weirdness is that
in the "original" line the "Billable" part of "prevBillableID" shows
up in light green, as does the "Billable" part of "getBillablePartyID"
in the "new" line.

What I believe should be happening is that in the original line, the
red "Compan" should be the only thing marked and in the new line,
there should be only a yellow "BillablePart".

Presumably what is happening is that it is mistakenly thinking that
the light green "Billable" text from the original line was moved to
the light green section in the new line. (Which is not the case
because that portion of the original line hasn't changed).

This is, of course, a minor gripe, but I figured I'd bring it up.
