[TSVN] Feature Request: Check For Modifications (non recursively).

I tend to use 'Check for Modifications' a lot, especially if I'm not
either using the overlays or for some reason I don't trust them.

However, I always get the whole list recursively from the directory
I selected, all the way down. Could their be a checkbox within the
'check for modifications' dialog box to show only the top level
directory selected? (ie. Not recursively searching).

Why would I want this...? Some directories below are compiled
binaries that versioned, but I don't necessarily want to see them
cluttering the window especially when my focus are on the source
files above those directories.
