[TSVN] XP install requires administrator

Hi!

I've been using TortoiseSVN for a few months on WinXP. I've installed it as
an unpriveliged user both times. However, the recent release (1.2.2-4295)
requires an administrator to install. Would it be possible to allow a user
to install without having administrator privelidge? ...or am I doing
something wrong?
