A bit of feedback regarding the issue of user profiles.
What we really need is the ability to only have the shell extension active for selected users. I realise that it is loaded globally, but can we hide the menu items optionally on a per user basis the same way that programs like WinMerge does? I don't think anyone cares about the start menu shortcuts as they are easily customized and only refer to documentation.
The reason being that those of us with shared computers do not want household guests and children to have access to extra shell commands that are clutter and potentially dangerous (although danger would be avoided in practice by password protecting the Subversion databases?).
