[TSVN] Icon overlay for "Added" state is "Changed"-state icon (exclamation mark)

Hello,

since a while files I marked as to-be added in my WC don't get the plus
sign (for added state) but rather the icon overlay is the exclamation
mark (for changed state). That's very strange b/c TSVN and the CLC svn
signal it as added in the »check for modification«/»commit« dialogs --
of course I added a fresh new file without changes.

I've TSVN 1.2.2.4295 running on XP SP2. I think this behaviour
first showed up when upgrading from TSVN 1.1.x to 1.2.x some
weeks ago. First I thought it had to do with my outdated CLC svn
version 1.1.x that mangeld up some .svn/ files. I updated both CLC
svn and GUI TSVN and did a fresh check-out of my WC to check the
behaviour -- it's still the same, also after several F5 hits. I
deinstalled and reinstalled TSVN, removed my HKLU registry entries
and checked the icons/*/TortoiseAdded.ico. At last, after reading
some other postings regarding (other) icons problems in 1.2 I
wanted to clear the cache, though the folder $USERPROFILE/Lokale
Einstellungen/Anwendungsdaten/TSVNCache/ is empty and my profile folder
doesn't contain another TSVNCache folder.

Know I'm out of knowledge and am asking you: What's wrong there? What
could I do to resolve this? Wait for an advanced version of the
TSVNCache implementation?

    TIA -- Sebastian

P.S.: There's no dedicated user mailing list to spare developers?
