[TSVN] TortoiseSVN Issue: Subversion command-line client not included

Description:

Unlike TortoiseCVS, TortoiseSVN does not include the windows version of
the Subversion command-line client (svn.exe). The user has to
separately locate and install this software in order to perform any
non-interactive SVN commands (e.g. batch scripts).

Please include the corresponding Subversion executables with each future
release of TortoiseSVN.
