[TSVN] Update resets the "only use spellchecker when..." setting

I don't know if it is a bug or a feature:

Whenever I upgrade TortoiseSVN, the "Settings->Dialogs->Only use
spellchecker when tsvn:projectlanguage is set" checkbox is reset and
the spell checker is re-enabled. Other config settings (like "short
date/time format") seem to remain intact.

Could an update please preserve the previous setting?
