That sounds good to me. We have had some input from visually impaired
users, and gone some way to making TSVN more accessible, but there are
certainly places we could do better, and having someone with practical
knowledge would help. If you are able to provide patches that would be
even better :-)

If you want to look at the source, it is available from our subversion
repository here:

You can use a web browser to view it, or you can check it out (assuming
you have a broadband connection or a lot of time).
Username: guest
Password: guest

In the top level folder is a file called build.txt which explains what
you need to download and install to build TSVN yourself.
