[TSVN] No hint for option in Dialog settings

Hi Steve,

The Check for Modifications setting 'Contact the repository on
startup' is missing a hint balloon when hovering the option. All other
options have one, so I guess you just missed this one?

It doesn't matter if I use the English version or the Dutch.

Using TortoiseSVN 1.2.2, Build 4295 - 32 Bit
