[TSVN] SubWCRev

Hi,

After I got this:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectForumMessageView?messageID=1311&forumID=4
in our forum, I wanted to answer with a link to the FAQ or our docs. But
to my surprise: we don't have SubWCRev documented at all! There's
nothing in the FAQ (or I couldn't find it), and there's nothing in our docs.

(for those of you who haven't noticed, this is a hint for Simon ;) )
