[TSVN] Adding folders Icon problem

Hi devs.

Consistent problem. rev 4299 on XP Pro.
Recipe

Import an empty folder to new repository.
Checkout to new WC
Add two folders each containing files.
First of folders shows blue Add Icon.
Last folder does not receive any Icon
Exploring inside each folder shows all files have blue Add Icon.
Navigating and using F5 has nil effect.
Rebooting or killing TSVNCache seems to be the only way to get the Icon
to show for the second folder.

So:- This makes me wonder if there is either a race condition or
improper repeatable sequence of events occurring in the ADD procedure.
