OK. Updated to r4306 and I still don't see this with a test WC.

BUT. When I first started explorer I noticed that my TSVN WC was showing
modified. After waiting for the crawl to finish and pressing F5 it was
still marked as modified. Check for modification showed no changes.

www marked as modified. F5 doesn't clear it.
Descend into www and find release_faq.html marked as modified (this is a
new file I added and committed last night).
Press F5 and the file goes green.
Back up the hierarchy everything is green again.

Maybe this had something to do with saving the cache on explorer shutdown.
