Value add for using TMerge :-)

Hmm... here again, I'd be happy if we just only did it for
TMerge.

Yes... I suppose... my experience was I thought I'd missed the
double click so I clicked again, and then wondered what was up,
and then realized it was an added file.

Also, I still want to review that file... so being able to view
it from commit dialog would be very convenient.

I definitely think TSVN has a right to work better and provide
more features when working with it's integrated diff / merge
tool than when working with a third party tool.

Of course these are requests not demands ... so if I don't get
them that's okay :-)
