[TSVN] Uninstall uninstalls dictionaries and thesauruses

Hello,

as recommended by Pete I deinstalled the pre-latest nightly
before installing the latest.

After installing the latest one, I noticed that my (manually
installed) dictionaries and thesauruses are gone.

Shouldn't the installer ask before removing things that weren't
installed by it?
