[TSVN] SubWCRev.exe

Hi,

the TortoiseSVN-installer should add an entry for SubWCRev.exe in the
registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths, so
that you can use this tool without entering an (absolut) path.

Btw. is it possible that SubWCRev.exe sets environment-variables?
