Windows already has a method to do this (type [Win-R] cmd [enter]). It
doesn't need to be added to TSVN and clutter it's menus. Pretty much
nobody will ever want this feature.

I can't see any point at all in having a GUI client that's designed to
replace a CLI program providing a method to run CLI commands.
