The nested layout we use has historic reasons. Common code is in folders
parallel to the project folders.

When starting with TSVN I was thinking about changing it to a more "normal"
layout using externals for common code but now my laziness to leave it as it
was solved a problem normal repository designs suffer: With the nested layout
I'm able to enforce repository-wide policies without setting properties on
every single trunk/branches/tags folder of every single project. Every project
needs the common code so every project will use the properties I set there.

Kind regards

Sven
