[TSVN] Bug selecting revision in checkout dialog box.

Checkout Dialog Box from Repo-Browser:

1. Open the repo-browser with access to a repository via
   'file://' protocol.
2. Right-Click on a folder and select Checkout in context menu.
3. Click on 'Show Log' to select a revision...
    Note that nothing happens even if "revision" radio button
    is selected over "HEAD Revision" radio button.

Please note that the above isn't always reproducable but 'seems'
to appear more often with the 'file://' protocol then the http one.

Checkout Dialog Box from Explorer Context Menu:

1. Using Explorer Context menu, Right-Click a folder and
   select 'Checkout'
3. Click on 'Show Log' to select a revision...
3. Select any revision and click OK.
    Note that the revision text box is not populated
    even if "Revision" radio button is selected first.
    Maybe "Revision" radio button could be selected when
    'Show Log' is click-on, or 'Show Log' is disabled until
    the "Revision" radio button is selected.
