No doubt you're right. I wonder if it might make sense to add a link in
the "Message from the Owner(s)" section at the top of
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/:

"Top 10 Questions and Problems" which points to a page showing the truly
top FAQs.

When the whole FAQ grows so big the very most asked questions can easily
get buried so people don't see them.
