[TSVN] Tortoise nighties - no help?

Hi Stefan,

I'm using the nighties of TSVN, however there is no help file in them, nor I can find some downloadable. Is this done intentionally? It's useful to check out something in the help and currently I have to go back to the last stable (+restart) if I want to do it :)
