[TSVN] Bug report for TortoiseSVN: commit: Added items are diffable

Dear TortoiseSVN team,

first of all, I love your tool and I use it every day at work.

TortoiseSVN commit dialog:

added items are double-clickable, the diff tool is opened with the not existing ...\.svn\text-base\manage_pb.php.svn-base file, although there is no default action in context menu, see screenshot.
