'Check For Modifications' -> Button 'Check Repository'. Then you can
see who locked the file.
("check repository" is the equivalent of --show-updates).

And the overlays *never* show remote status, only local status. And
since locally, there's no lock on the file, the overlay is correct.

So no bug.

I don't understand this, sorry. Can someone maybe help me out here?
