[TSVN][PATCH]Replace defunc conditional typedefs

Hi dev,

the patched code section might as well be removed.

We cannot test for C/C++ names to be defined while
still in the preprocessor. We were just happy that
identical redeclaration is allowed.

Replace with unconditional typedefs (that happen to
be redeclarations in VC7.1 and newer) and support
Win64, too.
