According to FSF the Apache2 license is incompatible with GPL, although
Apache seem to think it is solvable.

GPL seems to take a greedy approach in that if you incorporate anything
which uses GPL, then you have to GPL the whole application. Maybe Toby
can shed more light on this.

Microsoft permissive license, full of legalese but OK.
