I don't see any.
I presume you don't mean the Help Manual, because it doesn't give such
detailed guidance.

On re-entry to the Properties Dialog, to apply additional external
properties there is no *On Screen* prompt or instruction on how to
re-populate the lower text window with pre-existing properties.

The current problem (in the absence of additional guidance) is that
"Set" also means *Clear* for those items which appear in the top box but
have not been re-entered into the bottom text box.

I guess I'm just trying to make things easier for first time or
infrequent users of properties to get it right first time.
