[TSVN] Show Full-Path Tooltip for Truncated Update Items?

A small feature request:

When a path is truncated in one of the "progress lists" (e.g. Merge or,
in this case, Update) can we have a tooltip show the full path?

In the case of the screenshot below there is so much text on either side
of the path that you're pretty-well guaranteed that every user will be
scratching their heads "What path is this talking about?"
