Re: [TSVN] Upgrading + Verson numbering

Oh yeah - the errors people have been reporting are nothing to do with
this, I don't think. This is simply a niceness, do-the-proper-thing
issue. Apart from the fact that if the old install isn't removed, and
the new one is installed side-by-side, I don't know whether the use of
the new files is guaranteed or not.
