[TSVN] Running 64 bit prototype of TSVN 1.2.1 built with VS2005

Hi dev,

what failed about one year ago has now been accomplished.
After four very intense days, I got everything compiled and
linked with VS2005 Beta2 and finally I got a working 64 bit
shell integration today. Porting SVN 1.2.1 has been part of
that procedure.

It may be interesting to notice that the changes required to
get a working VS2005 32 bit compilation took more time than
the actual 64 bit port afterwards.

Since SteveKing recently told the list that he considers a
switch to the new VS version when it is out, I think I should
post the patches during the next days. It will take some time
to separate the changes according to their risk etc. There
are numerous patches required for other SVN and external
libs, too.

Moreover, I would like to create written build instruction bundled
with a large sets of patches (> 100 files changed). When stored
in the TSVN repository, 64 bit enthusiasts may use it as a basis
for their experiments and may even send patches for it. Of course,
it will also be a source of "inspiration" once the port is done
"for real".

Please note, that the result is FAR FROM PRODUCTION
QUALITY. SteveKing already made clear that he cannot and
will not spend effort on the 64 bit port (as of now). So, my
intention is just to share what I have learned and to save others
some working hours somewhere in the future.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Stefan.
