System:
TSVN 1.2.1 r4168, Win2003, P4 2.4, 1Gb, 80Gb IDE disk.

Working copy sizes: (exported, without .svn)
- WC1: 203MB (20,000 files, 2,000 dirs)
- WC2: 160MB (7,500 files, 500 dirs)

Observations:
 1. The explorer is *much* snappier -- way more pleasant to use.
 2. In most cases tree-view (left-pane) status changes instantly
propagate down to parent dirs, even from many directory levels deep.
In the few cases where the very top level dirs were stuck "modified",
collapsing the tree and hitting F5 usually fixed it. (Whereas before F5
generally had no effect.)
 3. TSVNCache.exe does use use some CPU:
   - during export of WC1, takes average ~3% CPU (between 0 - 8%)
   - deleting (explorer SHIFT+DEL) WC2 (the actual WC with .svn)
uses 35 - 50% CPU for duration of delete (a minute or two).

That's what I've noticed so far. Overall it looks like a nice change!
