The RTF converter is very simplistic and converts every single line to a
paragraph, so unless the control is wide enough to display everything
(it isn't) it looks terrible. The RTF output also looks like it is
geared towards a MAC, which is why the fonts don't work on Windows.

I think we should drop text2rtf.exe (yet another dependency) and just
write the EULA in rtf. The attached file is a hand converted version of
the subversion licence, using as few RTF control words as possible, and
it uses 10-point Arial which is universal on Windows. The output looks
OK in Word and WordPad.

I am not sure if this is the right text for our EULA because it only
describes the SVN component, not the TSVN binaries. Not sure what we
should use though. Extracts from the GPL? Yuck!
