[TSVN] Silent Install of TortoiseSVN

Hi,

following the FAQ (http://tortoisesvn.berlios.de/?q=node/49) I did the
following:

msiexec /jm \\<share>\tortoisesvn\TortoiseSVN-1.2.1.3895-svn-1.2.1.msi

to install TSVN for all users on a machine. I'm executing this command
as local Administrator on a Windows XP + SP2 machine and get an error
that i do not have sufficient privilegs to complete the installation for
all users of the machine.
The Machine is a Member of a Windows 2000 domain.
I also get the same error when doing this with an Domain-Administrator
account.

Any ideas?
